Alibaba Clarifies AI Integration with Apple, Enabling Direct Access to Qwen Features on Devices

Reports have surfaced indicating that Apple's "Apple Intelligence" large language model has completed a regulatory filing in China, with its application scenario listed as the iPhone. It is understood that the partners for this AI function include Alibaba.

In response, Alibaba has stated that its Qwen AI model will be integrated into the Apple Intelligence system. This integration is designed to deliver intelligent features to users in China across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS platforms.

The company emphasized that users will not need to switch between different applications. Instead, they will be able to directly access Qwen's capabilities, such as text and image comprehension and content generation, on their Apple devices.
