DEXIN CHINA (02019) to Delist Effective January 7, 2026

DEXIN CHINA (02019) announced that on December 18, 2025, the company received a notice from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The exchange stated that the company failed to meet any of the resumption conditions imposed by HKEX, and its shares remained suspended as of December 10, 2025, without resumption of trading. Consequently, the HKEX Listing Committee has decided to cancel the company's listing status under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. The last trading day for the shares will be January 6, 2026, with delisting taking effect from 9:00 a.m. on January 7, 2026. The company will not seek a review of the delisting decision. Additionally, trading in the company's shares remains suspended.
