Stellantis has named Branden Cote as the Chief Executive Officer of the Jeep brand, succeeding Bob Broderdorf, who is departing on medical leave.
The appointment is effective from August 3. The automaker stated that Broderdorf will take on a new leadership role within the company upon his return.
Concurrently, Stellantis has appointed Matt VanDyke as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ram brand, taking over from Tim Kuniskis.
Kuniskis was tasked in July 2025 with leading Stellantis's US brand, marketing, and business strategy for North America while also serving as Ram brand CEO.
Stellantis indicated that these appointments are part of CEO Antonio Filosa's strategy to build an executive team capable of driving the company's growth plans.
Both executives will report to Tim Kuniskis.
