Flydoo Technology Holding Limited will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, 4 May 2026, at Awesome Bar & Café, Retail Portions on 1/F, the Commercial Podium, New Mandarin Plaza, No. 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution seeking shareholder approval for a proposed share consolidation. Shareholders may cast their votes in person or by appointing a proxy. Completed proxy forms, together with relevant authorisations, must reach the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Union Registrars Limited (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong), no later than 48 hours before the meeting time.
Any shareholder entitled to attend and vote may appoint another person to act as proxy in respect of all or part of their shareholding. Joint shareholders may vote, but if more than one joint holder is present, the vote of the first-named holder on the register will prevail. Attendance in person overrides any previously submitted proxy.
The EGM notice is contained in the company’s circular dated 16 April 2026, and attendees will be required to present proof of identity.
