The Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board has approved the initial public offering application of Shenzhen DOBOT Technology Co., Ltd., a leading smart robotics company.

The IPO, with CITIC Securities and Haitong Securities as joint sponsors, aims to raise approximately 1.2 billion yuan. According to its prospectus, DOBOT specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of collaborative robots and embodied intelligent robots. The company achieved the top global position in collaborative robot sales volume for 2025, establishing itself as a leader in that sector.

Core Technological Foundation and Product Strategy

Leveraging proprietary core technologies in robot bodies, key components, motion control, and safe interaction, combined with over a decade of industry experience and the deployment of more than 100,000 units, DOBOT has developed leading robotic arm capabilities. This foundation, enriched by extensive scenario experience and engineering expertise, is augmented by its self-developed embodied model technology. The company has constructed a comprehensive embodied intelligent product portfolio, including humanoid, multi-legged, and dual-arm robots, positioning it as a pioneer in the global embodied intelligence field.

Driven by a dual-strategy of "collaborative robot intelligent upgrading + embodied intelligent robot innovation," the company is continuously advancing robots from programmable tools into industrial intelligent agents with integrated "perception-decision-execution" autonomous capabilities.

Market Applications and Solutions

The company's products are widely used across numerous sectors, including automotive, 3C electronics, new energy, food and beverage, healthcare, commercial retail, and scientific research. DOBOT is committed to providing global clients with high-performance, highly reliable, and easy-to-use full-form intelligent robot products to accelerate automation and intelligent upgrades across industries.

In the collaborative robot domain, DOBOT offers a product matrix comprising over 30 models across 10 series, with payload capacities ranging from 0.25kg to 30kg. These are designed for diverse scenarios like industrial manufacturing, commercial services, scientific research, and medical surgery. The company provides cross-scene application solutions centered on algorithms and software, supported by hardware and multi-functional kits, delivering intelligent products and services for rapid deployment, simple operation, and efficient performance.

With high-safety, high-precision, and high-stability collaborative robots at its core, the company deeply addresses downstream industry pain points. It has built integrated industry solutions, including mobile composite robots and collaborative robot workstations, to efficiently meet the diverse automation and intelligence upgrade needs of various sectors, gradually establishing a complete industrial ecosystem.

Progress in Embodied Intelligence

In the embodied intelligence field, DOBOT has developed a full-form product lineup, including the Atom bipedal humanoid robot, Atom W wheeled humanoid robot, Hexplorer hexapod robot, Rover X1 quadruped robot, and X-Trainer dual-arm robot. These products, empowered by self-developed embodied model technology, have achieved commercial deployment, making the company one of the first domestic firms to enter the mass production phase for humanoid robots.

Through forward-looking technology planning, a comprehensive product matrix, and cross-scenario deployment capabilities, DOBOT has become one of the few global pioneers in embodied intelligence capable of large-scale deployment in industrial manufacturing, commercial services, and scientific research scenarios.

Global Reach and Innovation

Relying on its proprietary core technologies and diverse product portfolio, the company has established a customer service network covering over 100 countries and regions, serving more than 80 Fortune Global 500 companies, making it a representative force for Chinese intelligent robots going global.

DOBOT consistently prioritizes independent innovation as its core driving force, with its technology chain comprehensively covering all aspects from key components, hardware/software architecture, control and motion algorithms, intelligent perception and human-machine interaction, AI and intelligent decision-making, to system-level applications. As of December 31, 2025, the company held 625 authorized domestic patents (including 233 invention patents), 26 authorized international patents (including 20 invention patents), and 135 software copyrights.
