According to a notice from the "Qingfeng Gonghang" WeChat public account, Wang Jingui, former Party Secretary and President of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Liaoyang Branch, is suspected of serious disciplinary and legal violations. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection Commission of ICBC's Liaoning Provincial Branch and supervisory investigation by the Nanfen District Supervisory Commission in Benxi City.
