HAIXI PHARMA Shareholders Deposit Nearly 10 Million Shares with CMB International Securities

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant change in shareholding for HAIXI PHARMA (02637) was recorded on June 18th.

The total value of shares held in the relevant securities account amounted to HK$1.701 billion, representing 12.60% of the company's issued share capital.

Shareholders of the company deposited 9.8826 million shares with CMB International Securities, leading to an increase in the holding ratio by 12.56 percentage points.

This follows the company's recent announcement of its 2025 annual results, which showed revenue of approximately RMB 582 million, a year-on-year increase of 24.79%.

Net profit was about RMB 177 million, up 30.09% compared to the previous year, with earnings per share of RMB 2.55.
