Ever Sunshine Services spends HK$0.35 million on latest share buyback; cumulative 8.15 million shares repurchased under mandate

Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited reported that on 16 July 2026 it repurchased 0.20 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$1.72 and HK$1.75, for a total consideration of HK$0.35 million. All of these shares are designated for cancellation.

The transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 1.72 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.

Since the shareholder mandate granted on 13 May 2026, Ever Sunshine Services has bought back 8.15 million shares—equivalent to 0.47% of the shares in issue on the mandate date—out of an authorised limit of 171.74 million shares.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 15 August 2026.
