EASTROC (09980) has announced that on March 17, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eastroc Beverage Marketing (Guangdong), will subscribe for financial products totaling RMB 250 million from Guotai Haitong (02611). At the time of this subscription, the company and/or its subsidiaries had not yet completed previous subscriptions for financial products with a total principal of RMB 1.567 billion from Guotai Haitong and/or its subsidiaries. The group will use its idle funds to finance these subscriptions.
