The announcement, made on July 20, 2026, relates to the company's public selection project for a three-year working capital loan, with the awarded contract value amounting to 200 million yuan.

For the first quarter of 2026, operating income totaled 86.94 billion yuan, marking a growth of 3.81%. The net profit attributable to parent company shareholders for the same period was 37.852 billion yuan, showing a growth rate of 1.52%.

Operating within the financial sector, the company's primary business segments encompass deposit and loan operations, international business, institutional banking, settlement services, RMB wealth management, custody services, foreign exchange wealth management, bank card services, securities business, and intermediary business.

The composition of its 2025 main business revenue was led by interest income from personal loan operations within the loan and advance segment at 29.92%, followed by interest income from corporate loan operations at 17.77%. Interest income from debt investments and other debt investments contributed 12.09% and 6.88%, respectively.

Non-interest income was primarily driven by wealth management fees and commissions at 5.54%, settlement business fees at 3.21%, and bank card business fees at 2.83%. Other significant contributors included interest income from funds lent and fees from asset management services.
