Operations Intern Role
This position involves managing the daily operations of the "Wave Studio" WeChat public account. Responsibilities include content creation, brand building, enhancing user experience, cross-promotion for follower growth, and routine content reposting. The intern will also have opportunities to participate in various projects and initiatives, contributing their ideas and skills.
The ideal candidate should possess:
1. An understanding of fundamental operational principles for platforms like WeChat public accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, including knowledge of effective follower growth strategies.
2. Strong news sense and the ability to accurately judge information quality and assess article standards.
3. Good aesthetic judgment to source complementary and informative images for text, with a meticulous approach to text, layout, and imagery.
4. Patience, responsibility, professionalism, time management skills, and sustained enthusiasm and curiosity for the work.
5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience operating public accounts with millions of followers, relevant operational resources, or those able to commit to a long-term internship.

Weibo Operations Intern Role
This role is responsible for the daily operation of Weibo content and planning around trending topics and hot searches. It also involves supporting the execution of commercial projects and expanding/maintaining media relationships and collaborations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
1. Availability to work 5 days a week. Candidates who can start soon are preferred.
2. A strong sense for online trends and the ability to write compelling Weibo copy.
3. (Bonus) Relevant work experience, particularly as a well-known new media operator in China with specific Weibo operations experience.

Video Planning Intern Role
Responsibilities for this position include:
1. Video Thumbnail Design: Creating on-theme thumbnails for videos, ensuring they align with the style and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, and Weibo to enhance video appeal.
2. Content Material Organization & Re-creation: Sorting and categorizing existing video materials, engaging in secondary creation, and designing Xiaohongshu graphic content, including image selection, layout, and copy optimization.
3. Account Operations: Managing daily operations for accounts across various platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and adjusting strategies based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and fan interaction. Familiarity with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for each platform is required to ensure compliance and maximize reach.
4. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the editorial and directing team to communicate design needs, provide feedback, and support the content production workflow.
5. Other Support Tasks: Assisting the team with internet video trend analysis and participating in content reviews to improve overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess:
1. Professional Skills: A good sense of design aesthetics and proficiency in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. A portfolio of past work (preferably video thumbnails or graphic design) must be attached to the application.
2. Platform Familiarity: Understanding of the rules, posting schedules, and algorithms of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, and Weibo, with the ability to quickly adapt to multi-platform operations.
3. Online Sense & Style Awareness: A strong feel for internet trends, familiarity with current popular video styles, and the ability to create content appealing to younger audiences.
4. Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members (e.g., directors), accept feedback, and iterate on improvements.
5. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; current juniors, seniors, and postgraduate students are preferred. Backgrounds in design, media, or marketing are advantageous. Relevant internship experience or personal account operation experience is a plus.
6. Other: Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Minimum internship duration of 3 months; full-time or remote options can be discussed.
