Synagistics Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 31 March 2026 (Tuesday) to review and approve the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The meeting agenda also includes authorising the publication of the FY 2025 results and addressing any additional business matters.
The board currently comprises Executive Directors Mr. Lee Shieh-Peen Clement (Chairman) and Ms. Tai Ho Yan Olive, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Selva Bryan Ratnam, Mr. Andrew Chow Heng Cheong and Mr. Siek Wei Ting.
