TEAMWAY INTL GP (01239) announced that Dr. Zeng Qingyun has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective November 30, 2025. Dr. Zeng will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee and remuneration committee, nor as a member of the nomination committee. Concurrently, Mr. Xiao Shuming has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairman of the audit committee and remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee.
