RUNHUA SERVICE Calls 7 Aug 2026 EGM to Ratify Property Purchase from Shandong Diping Tianyu

Runhua Living Service Group Holdings Limited (RUNHUA SERVICE) has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 10:00 a.m. on 7 August 2026 at its Jinan headquarters. The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution seeking shareholder approval of the Property Purchase Agreement signed on 22 June 2026 between the Company and Shandong Diping Tianyu Real Estate Co., Ltd.

The proposed resolution requests shareholders to: 1) Confirm, ratify and approve the Property Purchase Agreement—including all terms, conditions and contemplated transactions—as detailed in the circular issued on 17 July 2026; and 2) Authorise any one director, or a person appointed by the board, to execute all necessary documents and take actions deemed expedient to implement the agreement.

Shareholders recorded on the register as of 4 August 2026 will be eligible to vote. The register of members will be closed from 4 August to 7 August 2026 (both days inclusive), during which no share transfers will be processed. Proxy forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the EGM.

As at the notice date (17 July 2026), the board comprises two executive directors—Mr Yang Liqun (Chairman) and Ms Chen Jie—three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
