Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co.,Ltd. (000887.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Ruisi Bo Robot Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ruisi Bo"), recently signed a project cooperation agreement with Shenzhou Zhuji Power Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhuji Power") and Hefei Flexible Ketian Robot Materials Co., Ltd. ("Flexible Ketian"). The parties intend to jointly establish a limited liability company (the company name is to be determined, subject to final approval by the administration for industry and commerce, hereinafter referred to as the "joint venture") to collaborate on developing a humanoid robot manufacturing and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) business, as well as building core component supply capabilities. The joint venture will have a registered capital of RMB 50 million. Ruisi Bo will contribute RMB 30 million in cash, representing 60% of the registered capital, funded by its own capital. Zhuji Power will contribute RMB 10 million in the form of technology, representing a 20% stake. Flexible Ketian will contribute RMB 10 million in cash, accounting for the remaining 20% of the registered capital. This external investment to establish the joint venture, focusing on humanoid robot OEM business and core component supply chain development, is conducive to fully leveraging the respective strengths of all parties. By pooling resources from each side, it aims to enhance technological research, development, and manufacturing capabilities, establish advanced process levels and manufacturing capacity for robot本体 (main body) production, and accelerate the rapid growth of the company's robot本体 manufacturing operations, aligning with the company's development strategy and the interests of all shareholders.
