VITASOY INT'L Announces Full Transition to Electronic Communications; Issues 2025/26 Annual Report and 2026 AGM Circular

Hong Kong, 17 July 2026 — Vitasoy International Holdings Limited (“VITASOY INT'L”) has formally reminded shareholders that the company now disseminates all corporate communications electronically. The latest distribution covers the 2025/26 Annual Report, the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular and the 2025/26 Sustainability Report, all of which are immediately accessible on both the company’s website (www.vitasoy.com) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Under this arrangement, printed copies of any corporate communication will be provided only upon specific request. VITASOY INT'L will no longer issue separate postal notices alerting investors to new uploads, except where “Actionable Corporate Communications” are involved—documents that require shareholder instructions or elections.

Shareholders are urged to supply a valid email address to facilitate direct electronic delivery of Actionable Corporate Communications. Registration can be completed by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed request form or by sending the completed form to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via email (vitasoy.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong). Absent a valid email address, shareholders will receive printed Actionable Corporate Communications together with a further request for a functional email contact.

VITASOY INT'L confirmed that all corporate materials—whether electronic or printed—remain available free of charge upon written request to the share registrar. For assistance, shareholders may contact the registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
