China Energy Storage Technology Development Publishes 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular

China Energy Storage Technology Development Limited, formerly known as Link-Asia International MedTech Group Limited, has released its 2025 Annual Report together with a circular detailing proposals for general mandates, the re-election of retiring directors and the related notice of annual general meeting (AGM). All documents—including the accompanying proxy form—were made available on 30 April 2026 through the company’s website (www.link-asia.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

1. Corporate Communications now online • The English and Chinese versions of the 2025 Annual Report, the AGM circular and the proxy form can be viewed and downloaded from the two websites cited above. • Shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic versions to facilitate timely review.

2. Printed copies on request • Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic files may obtain hard copies free of charge. • A completed and signed Request Form must be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns, or requests can be sent by email to 1143-ecom@vistra.com. • Once submitted, the preference for printed communications will remain effective for all future corporate communications until written notice is given to the registrar or until 31 December 2028, whichever comes first.

3. Shareholder notification mechanism • Notices of future corporate communications will be dispatched by email or post only if the shareholder’s intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—have provided a valid contact detail to the company. • Shareholders are advised to supply functional email addresses to their intermediaries to ensure uninterrupted receipt of electronic notices.
