On July 23, the July contract for the Hang Seng Index night futures settled at 24,997 points, gaining 81 points or 0.325%, and traded at a premium of 104 points to the spot index.
The total number of open contracts stood at 124,899, a decrease of 11,777 contracts. The net number of open contracts was reported at 52,767, showing an increase of 4,926 contracts.
