OmniVision Moves Corporate Communications to Electronic Platform, Printed Copies Upon Request

Bulletin Express03-30

OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc. (OmniVision) announced that, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, all future corporate communications will be distributed electronically through the company’s website (www.omnivision-group.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Effective immediately, non-registered shareholders will no longer receive printed notices of publication. Stakeholders are expected to monitor the two websites for the English and Chinese versions of all documents, which include annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms.

Printed copies will be provided only if shareholders submit a written request. Until a functional email address is supplied to the relevant intermediaries, actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed in hard copy. Requests for printed materials should be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 501-ecom@vistra.com.

The company specified that each request remains valid until publication of the next annual report, unless revoked or superseded. Shareholder enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

The notice was signed by Mr. Yu Renrong, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, on 30 March 2026.
