The optical‑communication and storage sectors traded broadly lower. Coherent declined more than 8%, Western Digital and Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd fell over 6%, SanDisk Corp., SK hynix and Seagate Technology PLC slipped more than 5%, while Micron Technology dropped over 4%.
