MOG Digitech Announces Leadership Reshuffle: Chairman & Co-CEO Deng Zhihua Resigns; Chen Yongzhong Named CEO

Bulletin Express04-28

MOG Digitech disclosed a series of senior management changes effective 28 April 2026.

Deng Zhihua has stepped down from his positions as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer to devote more time to other commitments. He remains an Executive Director. The Board is actively seeking a new Chairman; until the position is filled, the seat will remain vacant. All other terms of Deng’s existing service agreement are unchanged.

With Deng’s departure from the co-leadership structure, Co-CEO Chen Yongzhong has been re-designated as the sole Chief Executive Officer. Chen continues as an Executive Director and assumes full responsibility for the overall management and operations of MOG Digitech and its subsidiaries. His service agreement terms are otherwise unchanged.

Executive Director Mo Mingdong has resigned from the Board, also effective 28 April 2026, citing the need to focus on other commitments.

These changes bring MOG Digitech’s Board composition to six members: three Executive Directors—Chen Yongzhong (CEO), Deng Zhihua and Zhou Yue—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors—Yau Tung Shing, Chen Wen and Gao Hongxiang.

The separation of the Chairman and CEO roles aligns MOG Digitech with Corporate Governance Code provision C.2.1, which advocates distinct individuals for the two positions.
