As the Spring Festival approaches, the festive atmosphere grows stronger. Riders, who work tirelessly day and night in cities, have become indispensable guardians during the holiday consumption season. To express gratitude for their hard work over the past year, SF INTRA-CITY recently organized New Year's Eve dinner events in multiple locations. The dinners were warm and lively, with riders gathering together. On stage, there were singing and dancing performances, while the audience responded with enthusiastic applause. SF INTRA-CITY not only prepared abundant daily necessities and delivery equipment as Lunar New Year gifts but also arranged award ceremonies, sharing sessions, and lucky draws. Several outstanding rider representatives took the stage to share their experiences, and regional managers engaged in discussions with riders, listening to their suggestions. Amid laughter and joy, riders looked forward to the Year of the Horse, expressing their hopes for a brighter future.
Winter support measures were promptly implemented to ensure safe delivery operations. Since the onset of winter, frequent low-temperature and snowy weather conditions have posed challenges. SF INTRA-CITY acted swiftly to roll out winter care initiatives. To date, the "Warm Winter Guardian" campaign has invested nearly 7.5 million yuan, benefiting approximately 400,000 riders. In addition to distributing windproof gear and thermal supplies as part of the "Abundant Warmth" care packages, SF INTRA-CITY organized numerous winter safety training sessions across various regions to comprehensively enhance operational support. Meanwhile, over 4,000 service stations nationwide have been transformed into winter supply points, offering riders warm resting areas, drinking water, and other considerate services. Since the start of winter, SF INTRA-CITY has also organized more than 5,000 offline events tailored to local characteristics, conveying warmth and care to riders.
Year-round care initiatives have been continuously strengthened, reflecting a "people-oriented" philosophy. Beyond winter support, SF INTRA-CITY's rider care measures cover the entire year, with cumulative investments reaching approximately 530 million yuan in 2025. These efforts include not only regular material support but also multidimensional assistance focusing on physical and mental well-being, as well as family care. Among these initiatives, the industry-first "Rider Grievance Care Fund" has now exceeded 100 million yuan in scale. Additionally, a 5-million-yuan special fund has been established to recognize acts of bravery and promote positive social values. A 30-million-yuan "Dream Realization Fund" supports riders in pursuing further education and skill development, while scholarships and grants are available for riders' children. Over the past year, the platform has held more than 17,000 events, benefiting over 1.07 million rider participations.
To acknowledge riders' social value as a critical component of urban services and further alleviate their physical and mental pressures, a representative from SF INTRA-CITY stated that an additional 18 million yuan is expected to be invested in 2026. These funds will be allocated toward station construction, material support, and various care activities, continuously improving the保障体系, welfare support, and growth pathways to ensure every rider can work with ease and peace of mind.
