COUNTRY GARDEN (ASX: 02007) has announced the issuance of new shares following the conversion of its zero-coupon mandatory convertible bonds.

On June 15, 2026, a total of approximately 596,100 shares were issued. This figure comprises roughly 580,100 shares issued from the conversion of a bond series maturing 78 months from June 30, 2025, and approximately 15,900 shares issued from the conversion of a separate bond series maturing 114 months from the same date.

The issuance was executed to fulfill the terms of the mandatory convertible bond agreements, which require conversion into equity at specified future dates.
