Midea Real Estate Shareholder Transfers HK$345 Million Stake from Morgan Stanley to BNP Paribas

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 2, a shareholder of Midea Real Estate transferred shares from Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities to BNP Paribas. The value of the transferred shares was HK$345 million, representing 5.69% of the holdings.

Interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, for Midea Real Estate show that revenue from continuing operations was RMB 1.997 billion, an increase of 41.3% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 305 million, a decrease of 18.73% compared to the same period last year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.21. The company proposed an interim dividend of HK$0.15 per share.
