Yum China Executes Share Buybacks in Both New York and Hong Kong Markets

Yum China Holdings, Inc. (09987) announced that on March 11, 2026, the company repurchased approximately 56,600 shares on the New York Stock Exchange at a cost of about $3 million. On the same day, it also bought back around 18,400 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending approximately HK$7.7241 million.
