51WORLD completes HK$400.08 million H-share placement, enlarges share base by 1.38%

Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (51WORLD) disclosed that it completed a placing of 5.47 million new H shares on 10 July 2026 under its general mandate. The newly issued shares were priced at HK$73.20 each, implying gross proceeds of approximately HK$400.08 million.

The transaction increased 51WORLD’s issued share capital by 1.38%, lifting the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 394.92 million to 400.39 million.

The board confirmed that the share issuance was duly authorised and executed in full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and all relevant legal requirements. No share repurchases or treasury-share sales were reported as of the closing balance date.

The filing was signed by Mr. Li Yi, Chairman of the Board, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.
