Hisense Home Appliances (00921) announced that between May 8, 2025, and December 12, 2025, its subsidiaries, Air Conditioner Marketing Company and Refrigerator Marketing Company, entered into agreements with Huaxia Wealth Management to purchase wealth management products worth 1.76 billion yuan. The group utilized its own idle funds to fulfill the subscription amounts under these agreements.
