Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Granted Two Patents, Driving High-Quality Development Through Technological Innovation

Deep News12-22 23:00

Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. has achieved a major breakthrough in core technologies, with its self-developed "Method and System for Intelligently Controlling Thermal Load of Waste Entering Incinerators via Smart Crane" granted an invention patent, and its "Atomizer Maintenance Vehicle" awarded a utility model patent.

The invention patent for the smart crane-based thermal load control system marks another milestone in Dynagreen’s digital-intelligent waste incineration technology, developed as part of Beijing’s original technology initiative. This innovation resolves industry-wide challenges like data isolation and information silos between waste incineration and storage management. It enables integrated, full-process, multi-solid-waste, and AI-driven digital management of incineration, flue gas treatment, steam turbines, and waste storage. The technology reduces plant power consumption by 5–9%, increases grid-connected electricity by 6–8%, and cuts environmental material costs by 14–20%, establishing China’s first end-to-end digital-intelligent solution for waste incineration with significant economic and social benefits.

Addressing pain points such as cumbersome machinery, difficult disassembly, and labor-intensive processes in imported atomizer maintenance, Dynagreen redesigned the workflow and developed a novel atomizer maintenance vehicle. The patented device reduces procurement costs by over 70% compared to market alternatives, achieving breakthroughs in operational efficiency, safety design, and cost control while minimizing manual risks and equipment damage. The technology has been successfully deployed in the Dengfeng project.

These patents underscore Dynagreen’s R&D capabilities with national recognition and reinforce its technical edge in core business sustainability. To date, the group holds 84 patents, with more under application, and has built a comprehensive technology system spanning waste incineration (150–1,000 tons/set) and solid waste treatment, solidifying its industry leadership.

Moving forward, Dynagreen will continue fostering innovation, deepening industry-academia collaboration, and transforming breakthroughs into high-quality productivity to advance environmental protection and societal progress.
