China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Limited announced a leadership reshuffle effective 22 April 2026.

Zhang Jinzhong has resigned as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and Authorised Representative to pursue other business commitments. The board noted Zhang’s departure involves no disagreement and requires no further shareholder action.

A graduate of Zhejiang Economic Higher Vocational School and Central Radio and Television University, Li brings more than 21 years of experience in non-ferrous metallurgy, marketing and futures operations. His recent roles include assistant to the general manager of the parent company, chairman and general manager of Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd., and director of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group (Shanghai) International Trade Co., Ltd.

No fixed-term service contract or remuneration package has been concluded for Li. He will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with company bye-laws and currently holds no shares in the company.

Following these changes, the board comprises two Executive Directors—Chairman Xiao Shuxin and Li Haibo—and three Independent Non-Executive Directors: Liu Fang, Wang Qihong and Kong Hua.
