Jiangsu Azure Corporation (002245.SZ) has released its interim report for the first half of 2026, showcasing robust financial growth. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 4.858 billion yuan, marking a 30.35% year-on-year increase.

Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 511 million yuan, representing a substantial 53.39% jump compared to the same period last year. Additionally, net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses stood at 503 million yuan, up 41.25% year-on-year, with basic earnings per share recorded at 0.2992 yuan.

A key driver of this performance was the lithium battery segment, which maintained a high capacity utilization rate throughout the period. The company's Malaysia lithium battery base also contributed significantly, as its full-tab production line commenced operations, bolstering the delivery capabilities for high-end products. For the first half of 2026, the lithium battery business experienced rapid expansion, generating operating revenue of 2.527 billion yuan—a remarkable 58.43% increase year-on-year—with a gross margin of 22.84%.

These results underscore the company's strategic focus on capacity optimization and product upgrades, positioning it for continued momentum in the competitive battery market.
