LENS (06613) Shareholder Transfers HK$280 Million Worth of Shares from Citibank to HSBC

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 28, a shareholder of LENS (06613) transferred shares from Citibank to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$280 million, representing 3.05% of the company's shares. On January 27, a shareholder of LENS had transferred shares from Goldman Sachs (Asia) Securities to Citibank. That transaction involved shares with a market value of HK$465 million, accounting for 5.12% of the company's shares. Previously, at CES 2026, LENS publicly showcased its self-developed aerospace-grade ultra-thin flexible glass (UTG) photovoltaic encapsulation solution for the first time.
