According to Zhitong Finance APP, ROBOTECHNIK (03757) made its debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's listing announcement showed that shares were priced at HK$436 per share, with a total of 11.876 million shares issued, each board lot consisting of 50 shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$2.706 billion. As of press time, the stock had fallen 3.76% to HK$419.6, with trading volume reaching HK$241 million.

Public information shows that ROBOTECHNIK is a global supplier of manufacturing equipment and systems for both the photovoltaic and silicon photonics industries. According to data from China Insights Consultancy, based on 2025 revenue, the company ranked fifth globally in the intelligent photovoltaic cell automated manufacturing equipment sector with a market share of 2.6%, and ranked first globally in the silicon photonics smart manufacturing equipment sector with a market share of 20.5%.
