Wuling Motors Sets 16 Oct 2026 SGM to Ratify Structured Deposit Investments

Wuling Motors Holdings Limited has convened a Special General Meeting (SGM) for 16 October 2026 at 10:15 a.m. (or immediately after the preceding SGM at 10:00 a.m.) at Unit 3406, 34/F, West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168–200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

The sole agenda item is an ordinary resolution seeking shareholder ratification and approval of the Group’s subscription of Structured Deposit Products undertaken between 3 July 2025 and 2 March 2026, as outlined in the circular dated 25 September 2026.

Voting on the resolution will be conducted by poll in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, with results to be published on the websites of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the company.

Shareholders recorded on the register as of the close of business on 16 October 2026 will be eligible to vote. The register of members will be closed from 13 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 (both dates inclusive), during which no share transfers will be registered.

Proxy forms, together with any relevant authority, must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by 10:15 a.m. on 14 October 2026. Attendance in person at the meeting will supersede previously submitted proxies.

The board, chaired by Mr. Yuan Zhijun, recommends that shareholders review the detailed information in the circular before voting.
