JNCEC (00579) has announced that it has appointed Grant Thornton Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its new domestic audit institution, following the expiry of the term of its previous auditor, Baker Tilly China Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership).
The appointment, disclosed in accordance with the self-regulatory rules of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, was made after a formal re-selection process. The company, operating as Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd., will now work with Grant Thornton for its domestic auditing requirements.
