XXF (02473) announced that on December 5, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, XXF Financial Leasing Group Co., Ltd., entered into a business cooperation agreement with Hangzhou Haixing Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Hello Car Rental). The agreement outlines a partnership to operate car rental services under a "co-branded store" model in designated Chinese cities.

Under the agreement, XXF and Hello Car Rental plan to establish and operate co-branded stores in ten initial cities, including Hangzhou, Hefei, Wuhan, Guiyang, Xi'an, Nanjing, Nanning, Nanchang, Changsha, and Zhengzhou. Both parties will jointly invest resources to create stores that integrate the brand identities of "Hello Car Rental" and "XXF," combining online and offline resources to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Hello Car Rental, a subsidiary of China's leading mobility platform "Hello Inc.," leverages its user base from the "Hello Car Rental APP" and advanced digital capabilities to provide standardized, one-stop online car rental services by aggregating high-quality rental service providers nationwide.

The board of XXF believes this collaboration will combine the group's operational expertise and offline vehicle resources with Hello Car Rental's online platform traffic, improving asset utilization efficiency and expanding customer reach. The partnership aligns with XXF's strategic focus on developing automotive-related services and is expected to positively impact the group's future business growth and financial performance.
