Linekong Interactive forecasts FY2025 net loss to narrow 64.5% to RMB10.30 million on crypto gains and tighter spending

Bulletin Express03-26

Linekong Interactive Group Co., Ltd. disclosed a supplemental profit warning indicating that the loss attributable to shareholders for FY2025 is projected at approximately RMB10.30 million, a sharp reduction from the RMB29.00 million deficit reported for FY2024. The improvement represents a year-on-year narrowing of about 64.5%.

Management attributes the smaller loss to two primary factors: 1) Realised gains from the partial disposal of the Group’s cryptocurrency holdings, mainly Bitcoin, following a portfolio realignment that now comprises Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. These gains were partly offset by holding losses and impairment charges on remaining digital assets, which are recorded as intangible assets under the cost model. 2) Ongoing cost-control measures and expenditure reduction across the Group.

The company also clarified that the previously disclosed adjusted net loss (a non-IFRS measure) excludes share-based compensation expenses, one-off compensation for loss of office, and fair value losses on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss. The adjusted figure remains unaudited.

All figures are based on management’s preliminary, unaudited consolidation for FY2025 and may differ from the final results, scheduled for release on or about 27 March 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
