SINO-OCEAN GP Reports Q1 Contracted Sales of Approximately RMB 3.04 Billion

SINO-OCEAN GP announced its operational results for March and the first quarter. For the month of March, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved a contracted sales value of approximately RMB 1.42 billion. The corresponding contracted sales floor area was about 93,600 square meters, with an average selling price of roughly RMB 15,200 per square meter.

For the cumulative period from January 1st to March 31st, the Group's total contracted sales value reached approximately RMB 3.04 billion. The total contracted sales floor area amounted to about 212,000 square meters, resulting in an average selling price of approximately RMB 14,300 per square meter.

Regarding the Group's project construction management business, the contracted sales value for March was approximately RMB 220 million. The sales floor area for these projects was about 20,900 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 10,500 per square meter. From January to March, the cumulative contracted sales value for project construction management reached approximately RMB 500 million. The total sales floor area was about 48,800 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB 10,200 per square meter.
