ENN Energy Holdings Limited (02688) is currently subject to a proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement. In connection with this process, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror, reported Delta-1 hedging transactions in ENN Energy shares on 19 March 2026, as required under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

Morgan Stanley executed the following trades for its own account: • Purchases: 3,500 shares at a total consideration of HK$0.23 million, with prices ranging between HK$65.50 and HK$66.77 per share. • Sales: 20,450 shares for HK$1.35 million, at prices between HK$65.45 and HK$66.90 per share.

The day’s activity resulted in a net disposal of 16,950 shares, generating net proceeds of approximately HK$1.12 million.

The disclosure underscores ongoing market activity by associates of the offeror ahead of the potential privatisation of ENN Energy. Morgan Stanley remains ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
