Xiaomi Announces Management Reshuffle: China President Wang Xiaoyan to Also Lead Sales Operation Division 1

Xiaomi recently announced a series of management adjustments in its China operations, involving multiple departments including Sales Operation Division 1, Sales Operation Division 2, New Retail Department, and Automotive Sales & Service Department.

Wang Xiaoyan, Senior Vice President of Xiaomi Group and President of China Region, has been appointed to concurrently serve as General Manager of Sales Operation Division 1. Guo Jinbao has been named General Manager of Sales Operation Division 2, reporting to Wang Xiaoyan, while continuing his role as General Manager of Jiangsu Branch.

The reshuffle also affects the New Retail Department and Automotive Sales & Service Department. Zhang Jian has been appointed as General Manager of New Retail Department, reporting to Wang Xiaoyan. Xia Zhiguo will serve as General Manager of Automotive Sales & Service Department, also reporting to Wang Xiaoyan, while retaining his position as General Manager of the department's Sales Operation Division.
