Zhongtian Construction (Hunan) Group Limited (abbreviated as ZT HN Group) filed its Monthly Return for June 2026, confirming a stable share capital structure and compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public float rules.

• Authorised Share Capital: Remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

• Issued Shares: Outstanding ordinary shares stood unchanged at 576.00 million. The company held zero treasury shares, leaving total issued shares at 576.00 million.

• Share Movements: There were no issuances, cancellations, repurchases, or transfers of shares in June. Consequently, total movements in both issued and treasury shares were nil.

• Share Option Scheme: The scheme adopted on 10 March 2023 had no outstanding options as at 30 June 2026 and generated no new shares or treasury transfers during the month. The scheme’s remaining capacity permits the potential issuance of up to 48.00 million shares.

• Public Float: ZT HN Group confirmed full compliance with HKEX’s minimum 25 % public float requirement as of month-end.

The filing, submitted on 3 July 2026 by Company Secretary Chan Kit Ming, indicates operational adherence to all relevant listing and regulatory obligations, with no equity-related financing or dilution events in the reporting period.
