SF Intra-City Executes HKD 2.21 Million Share Buyback; Treasury Holdings Rise to 4.40 Million Shares

Hangzhou SF Intra-City Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF Intra-City) reported the on-market repurchase of 260,200 H-shares on 3 September 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 8.22 to HKD 8.62, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 8.50, bringing total consideration to HKD 2.21 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 741.21 million, a marginal contraction of 0.0285%. Treasury stock increased to 4.40 million shares, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 745.61 million as the repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock and not cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 8 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 74.25 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.28 million shares, representing 0.1402% of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, SF Intra-City is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of any treasury shares until 3 October 2026.
