ZHIDA TECH-NEW Reports Fiscal Year Results: Revenue Hits 717 Million Yuan with 20.75% Growth, Overseas Business Revenue Reaches Record High

ZHIDA TECH-NEW (02650) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The company recorded revenue of RMB 717 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 20.75%. The loss attributable to owners of the company narrowed by 30.54% to RMB 164 million. Gross profit rose by 22.96% to RMB 109 million, while basic loss per share was RMB 2.97.

In 2025, the group delivered approximately 619,500 electric vehicle charging piles, an increase of about 76.4% compared to approximately 351,100 units delivered in 2024. Among these, sales to domestic automobile manufacturers totaled around 340,200 units, marking a year-on-year growth of approximately 68.8%.

The group's overseas business revenue exceeded RMB 100 million in 2025, reaching a record high and accounting for approximately 17.1% of total revenue, up from about 12.1% in 2024. Overseas business revenue increased by approximately 70.5% year-on-year, with exports of approximately 102,500 electric vehicle charging piles, reflecting a year-on-year growth of about 79.6%.

The group accelerated the deployment of electric vehicle charging robots, successfully implementing them in multiple locations both domestically and internationally. Revenue from this segment grew by approximately 88.83% compared to the previous year.
