CEB WATER (HKEX: 01857) has announced its intention to issue medium-term notes to institutional investors.
The total principal amount of the notes will be 1.5 billion yuan, with a maturity period of five years.
These notes, designated as the first tranche of medium-term notes for 2026, will be named the "CEB Water Co., Ltd. 2026 First Tranche Medium-Term Notes."
The terms include an option for the company to adjust the coupon rate at the end of the third interest-bearing year, as well as a put option exercisable by the noteholders at that time.
