CROSSTEC Group Issues 60 Million Shares Following Bond Conversion

CROSSTEC Group (03893) announced that the company has received a conversion notice from MKI regarding the conversion of a portion of MKI's convertible bonds. The conversion involves a principal amount of HK$6.6 million at a conversion price of HK$0.11 per share. The conversion and issuance of a total of 60 million new shares were completed on April 14, 2026. Following the issuance of these new shares and as of the date of this announcement, the total number of issued shares of the company has increased to 607 million. The newly converted shares represent approximately 10.98% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to the allotment and issuance, and approximately 9.89% of the enlarged issued share capital after the allotment and issuance. MKI remains the company's largest shareholder, holding 175 million shares, which constitutes approximately 28.80% of the company's enlarged issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
