RUSAL Shareholders Reject Interim Dividend for First Half of 2026

United Company RUSAL, International PJSC (RUSAL) announced that its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 4 September 2026 in Kaliningrad voted against paying an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The EGM achieved a quorum with 13.62 billion votes cast, representing 89.62 % of the 15.19 billion voting shares. Of the votes recorded, 8.53 billion (62.67 %) supported the board’s proposal to withhold dividends, while 4.38 billion (32.17 %) opposed and 67.59 million (0.50 %) abstained. The resolution was therefore carried, and no dividend will be distributed for the period.

The meeting combined in-person attendance and electronic absentee voting and concluded within 15 minutes. RUSAL’s ordinary shares (ISIN: RU000A1025V3) remain listed in Moscow and Hong Kong.

No other agenda items were considered, and the company did not disclose additional financial metrics in the announcement.
