On 23 October 2026, CR Holdings (China Renaissance Holdings Limited) announced that Shanghai Billu Electronics Co., Ltd. has commenced public trading on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). CR Securities, a controlling subsidiary of CR Holdings, acted as the sponsoring broker for the transaction, while Huaxing Growth Capital Fund—managed by CR Holdings—remains an early-stage shareholder in Billu.
Billu is positioned as a leading domestic supplier of miniature drive motors for high-end smartphone cameras. Its portfolio includes closed-loop motors, variable aperture motors, VCM OIS motors, periscope optical zoom motors and SMA motors, which are currently integrated into flagship devices of major Chinese and international smart-device brands. The company is also extending its technology into emerging segments such as sports cameras, gimbal cameras, automotive optics and humanoid robotics.
The successful NEEQ listing is viewed by CR Holdings as a milestone that will enable Billu to accelerate R&D and broaden its high-end product mix. The transaction demonstrates the synergy between CR Holdings’ fund management arm and its securities business, underscoring the group’s “investment + investment banking” model designed to support technology-driven companies throughout their growth cycles.
CR Holdings highlighted its intention to continue leveraging cross-business collaboration to facilitate capital-market access and long-term development for other innovative enterprises in China’s new-economy sectors.
