1.5 Billion Yuan "Shu Li An Yi" Consumption Vouchers Launched

Deep News12-08

On December 7, it was announced that Sichuan province has allocated 1.5 billion yuan in special funds to issue "Shu Li An Yi" consumption vouchers, targeting three key sectors closely related to daily life: automobiles, dining, and retail.

**Automobile Consumption Vouchers**: Distributed by individual cities (prefectures), with platforms designated locally. Chengdu has already initiated automobile consumption rewards, and other regions will follow. Consumers purchasing new energy or fuel-powered passenger vehicles from participating retailers can apply for a one-time subsidy upon submitting required documents. These vouchers can be combined with 2025 vehicle scrappage or trade-in subsidies for additional discounts.

**Retail Consumption Vouchers**: Available nationwide starting December 8, covering categories such as Sichuan liquor, tea, silk, daily groceries, sports & wellness products, electronics, auto accessories, apparel, and cosmetics. Consumers can claim one voucher per category via mobile apps, which can be stacked with merchant promotions for further discounts.

**Dining Consumption Vouchers**: Launching December 12 for dine-in services across 21 cities (prefectures), targeting consumers located in Sichuan. One voucher can be claimed per user and automatically applied when paying at participating restaurants, usable for in-store dining or group purchase deals.

Local governments may supplement these vouchers with additional funds, while merchants are encouraged to offer extra discounts, maximizing benefits for consumers.
