CFMEE: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 8.99%

On September 24, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 14,900 H shares of CFMEE (09630) off-exchange at an average of HKD 352.9596 per share, involving about HKD 5.26 million, in a cash transaction not matched on the SEHK open market. Separately, the firm reduced its short position due to the expiry or cancellation of equity derivatives, decreasing from 158,500 shares (1.07%) to 143,400 shares (0.97%), an off-exchange derivative event.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in CFMEE was 1.34 million shares, representing 9.1%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 1.33 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 8.99%. The short position fell from 158,500 shares (1.07%) to 143,400 shares (0.97%).
