The company encourages stakeholders to access the electronic versions, citing enhanced timeliness and environmental benefits. Shareholders who experience difficulties receiving email alerts or viewing the online documents may obtain free printed copies by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by sending an email to 1069-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders who wish to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to provide a functional email address to the relevant intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited) through which their shares are held. Until such contact details are supplied via HKSCC Nominees Limited, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication.
