Within the semiconductor sector, two major projects each valued at the 1-billion-yuan level have been successfully landed. The power module packaging and testing project will establish production lines for packaging and testing silicon carbide (SiC) devices and power modules; upon reaching full capacity, it is projected to generate an annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan and tax revenue of 100 million yuan, effectively supporting downstream applications including new energy vehicles and photovoltaic energy storage. The semiconductor metrology and inspection equipment industrial park project is dedicated to breaking through the localization bottleneck for wafer defect inspection equipment, thereby promoting greater autonomy and control within the industrial chain.
In the new energy direction, the Chaoneng Li 5GWh power battery PACK R&D and manufacturing base project and the Mingheng new energy vehicle thermal management system production base project have been successively landed, providing solid support for strengthening the critical components segment of the intelligent connected vehicle industry.
In the field of commercial aerospace, the Space Perception Constellation System project and the Aerospace Information Cloud Service Platform project have been successfully introduced, promoting the extension of the commercial aerospace sector from satellite construction to satellite application, thereby enhancing data service capabilities and industry empowerment.
In the quantum technology arena, the Gravitational Wave Zhipu Quantum High-End Analytical Instrument R&D and Production Base project focuses on the research, development, and production of high-end mass spectrometers to break foreign monopolies; its founding team, hailing from top domestic and international universities, possesses profound scientific research accumulation and industrialization experience, showing promise for achieving import substitution in the scientific instrument field.
In the large AI model domain, the Silang Scientific Computing Center and Regional Headquarters project will deploy high-performance computing resources, concentrating on AI foundation models and material simulation to drive the integration of "Artificial Intelligence + Scientific Research." The Qingting Acoustics R&D and Production Base project, with an annual output of 1 million units of focused sound screen module lamination series products, leverages its globally pioneering focused sound screen directional audio technology to foster technological innovation and industrial upgrading in acoustic perception for consumer electronics and smart vehicles, filling a market gap in the directional sound field.
